In-Person Session: Your Home
Service Description
Cost: If you prefer that I come to your home or a community setting of your choice, there is a 30 minute drive time buffer both before and after the 1-hour long session, hence the 2-hour time slot. Due to charging for 1 hour of driving time (the cost of gasoline, car wear and tear, liability insurance, and childcare for my son) for every home or community session, the total cost is $100 for driving time + $100/session hour. A $100 deposit is due upon booking, and the remaining $100 will be due following the session. Unfortunately I do not take insurance at this time. Location: Please write the full address of the session location went prompted. Sessions can take place at your home or at a community location of your choice. If the client is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present and in the vicinity at all times. Recording: All Home or Community sessions will be audio recorded and can be emailed to client upon request. Confidentiality of audio recordings is guaranteed. Fees: The fee for late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no show is $100/session. All emails to Carrie@CarrieMillerCoaching.com will be answered within 48 hours barring unforeseen emergency circumstances.
Cancellation Policy
The fee for late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no show is $50 per online, office, or reward poster session and $100 per home or community session. The fee matches the booking deposit for each type of session, so the fee is automatically paid because your booking deposit will not be refunded if you cancel within 24 hours or no show.
