In-Person Session: Office

Service Description

Cost: Office sessions cost $100 per 50 minute session. Unfortunately I do not take insurance at this time, but you can apply for a sliding scale session fee (0.1% of your household income) if your household income is lower than $100,000/year by emailing a scan of your total household income from your most recent tax return to Carrie@CarrieMillerCoaching.com. Location: Sessions will take place at my office: Liberty Office Suites, 330 Changebridge Road, Suite 21, Pine Brook, NJ 07058. If the client is under 18 years of age, a parent or guardian must be present in the building even if they are not present in the session. Upon entering Liberty Office Suites, please sign in at the front desk. I will meet you in the lobby and walk you back to my office. Recording: All sessions will be video and audio recorded via the office computer camera and stored on the office computer which only Carrie Miller has access to. Recordings can be emailed to the client upon request. Confidentiality of recordings is guaranteed. Fees: The fee for late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no show is $50/session. All emails to Carrie@CarrieMillerCoaching.com will be answered within 48 hours barring unforeseen emergency circumstances.


Cancellation Policy

The fee for late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no show is $50 per online, office, or reward poster session and $75 per home or community session; thus, if you cancel within 24 hours or do not show up for your appointment, I will only refund 50% of what you paid upon booking the appointment.
