Service Description

Location: Upon scheduling, you will receive a Zoom link via email. You can join the Zoom session from your phone or computer, always with audio on, but with video optional. Recording: All online sessions and phone calls will be audio recorded via Zoom (and video recorded if onscreen) and recordings can be emailed to the client upon request. Confidentiality of recordings is guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy

There is no fee for late cancellation (less than 24 hours) or no show, but you will only be allowed to reschedule one more time. After a second late cancellation or no show, I unfortunately cannot offer you any more free consultation timeslots.
